What to Expect
You have enough to think about when you’re visiting a church for the first time. At Pine Level Missionary Baptist Church, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly environment by people who are excited to see you and want to help you find what you need! To give you an idea of what to expect when you arrive, we’ve answered some questions for you! All you have to do from here is come as you are! If you’d like to know more before you show up on a Sunday morning, Plan A Visit and we’ll be happy to meet you when you arrive.
Preaching: We believe that God’s Word is best understood when it is preached verse by verse. If you come to PLMBC, you will hear a sermon based on the Word of God where our Pastor attempts to explain it relevantly and apply it to our lives.
Fellowship: We are a group of people that love to be with each other and meet other people as well. We have meals on a regular basis. You will find a group of people that care about you and are eager to love you.
Outreach: Sharing Jesus with the world is important to us. We are serious about missions giving and mercy ministry on a global and local level. You will find opportunities to serve others in the name of Jesus and share the gospel with others.
Worship: We desire to lift up the name of Jesus in song. We sing mostly traditional hymns and have a traditional choir.
Dress: We do not have a dress code. We invite you to come as a you are. Most of our people dress business casual.
Children: We are excited to offer Children and Youth Sunday school. We also offer children’s church during the main worship hour for Kindergarten through fifth grade along-side our nursery for infant thru toddler age.
